After-sales service and installation

Following the supply, EBG offers its customers an after-sales service. EBG is always available for any request for telephone and on-site technical assistance, guaranteeing immediate service.
At the installation site we are able to carry out dimensional but also electrical checks such as: polarity, checks on the winding ratio, insulation tests of the windings and of the screen, verification of the functioning of the accessories, verification of ventilation and ventilation of the premises in compliance with the current regulations  We can also carry out extraordinary interventions such as replacement of tank seals and accessories for oil transformers, replacing windings for dry transformers, replacing all types of accessories, assembling protective casings, installing fans, repairing oil containers and radiators and more.
